Sales Forecasting Administrator
Introduction
One Floral Group is a wholesale flower producer that provides tailored floral solutions to retail customers throughout North America and is one of the fastest growing producers of floral products. Our business has over five million square feet of growing and production space in more than six facilities in three different climate zones. We have the ability to grow and build a variety of products, including potted plants and planters, outdoor lawn and garden plants, and vegetable propagation in the best conditions.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position will assist management with the information they need to make strategic, operational, and tactical business decisions. They will aid the Business Development Team in making good choices based on costing and previous year’s sales data. They will help with implementation of the new ERP system.

Primary Responsibilities
- Document reporting and Data analysis processing as well as imputing sales orders.
- Conduct sales forecasts by item, delivery date, individual store and region.
- Utilize internal and external data systems to analyze and report on data.
- Work with IT to find solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting and forecasting.
- Work with Logistics team to ensure orders by store or DC maximize freight.
- Monitor and calculate margin by item.
- Review accounts in regard to sales volume vs. shipment of products, performance vs. scorecard, and product sales via Point of Sale.
- Forecast all sales units and costing by customer for the 3-year sales plan. Document all changes from the sales team.
- Analyze sales compared to forecast budget, identify trends and adjust when necessary.
- Review forecast requirements to accommodate promotions, seasonal purchases and inventory availability.
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and sell through performance and make recommendations for future events
- Understand category products, competitors and market dynamics to be able to apply these all together in a category management approach.

- Excellent communication with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with company departments such as Sales, Planning, Production and Senior Management to ensure the smooth operational function.

- Follow Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook, the Occupational Health & Safety Act, and other relevant codes and standards

- Reports to the Business Development Manager
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Vacation: 2 weeks of prorated vacation
